The Big Build |
On May 1st, 2005, I began my most ambitious wargaming project to date: to spend a year building hordes of 1/76 and 1/72 scale model kits--tanks, halftracks, trucks, cars, and towed guns--for my WWII wargaming collection. This project, the "Big Build," officially ended on June 1st, 2006. In approximately 390 days (or 13 months) of building, I put together approximately 570 kits. That comes to an average of 1.5 kits built per day. Now I must paint them all. (The "Big Paint?") (Sigh.) |
