The Italians occupy the fort, but the exact location and size of each unit is cloaked.


The main French armored column approaches the fort.


British carriers advance up to a screen of enemy armored cars.


The dreaded Italian AB-41, with 20mm cannon.


British lorried infantry dismount their heavy weapons as the force moves up.


An Italian infantry unit is discovered behind walls and wire.


The other half of the French force--all infantry--approaches the fort and takes fire.


French forces deploy and edge closer.


British armor in full flood towards the fort.


A combined-arms French attack!


Italian M13/40 medium tanks blast away as the French armor support.


British infantry has just about gained the walls of the fort.


More Italian armored cars wait in defensive positions.


Italian medium tanks fire into the flank of part of the French attack.


The French armor burns merrily as the Italian AT fire hits home.


British Mark VI light tanks and armored cars race out in front of one prong of the British attack.


British artillery drops on the fort as the main infantry force moves closer.


2-pounder AT (middle right) deploy and begin to knock out Italian medium tanks.


The British surge into a corner of the fort. An Allied victory is sure to follow.
